Delivery & Returns

PACKING   

We only use recycled/recyclable packing materials and ask that you reuse and/or recycle these responsibly - with the exception of postage labels printed on thermal paper, these are not recyclable just yet. 

 

POSTAGE

All online orders are collected or dropped to Royal Mail on Monday and Friday mornings. The cut off for these postage slots are 5pm and 4pm respectively the day before. Once your order is passed onto Royal Mail or other third party postal services in your area, please note that there may be delays within the service that we have no control over.

You can choose between the following postage options at the check-out:

 

UK Only - Royal Mail             

1st Class 0-2Kg - £5.50

1st Class 2-5Kg - £16.00

1st Class 5Kg+ - £22.00

 

2nd Class 0-2Kg - £3.50

2nd Class 2-5Kg - £9.00 

2nd Class 5Kg+ - £20.00

 

Europe - Royal Mail

Standard £2.50 (Swatches only)                     

Standard (est. 2-5 weeks) £15.00 up to 2kg only 

 

Rest of the World - Royal Mail

Standard £5.00 (Swatches only)     

International Economy (est. 2-12 weeks) £30.00 up to 2kg only

We may alter these prices in line changes from Royal Mail without notice.

 

All Customers

If you have been on a shopping spree with us and your basket is a considerably heavier than estimated you may incur a small surcharge, but we will contact you via email to arrange this before your items are dispatched. If you would like us to look into alternative couriers for your order please get in touch in advance of your order to discuss options.  

 

Please note that orders being sent to customers outside the UK are likely to incur additional customs/duty charges which are not included or calculated on our end. The additional cost is based on value, item description and origin. VAT added will depend on the country the order is entering. You are not charged VAT from us.

 

RETURNS

If we have made a mistake or there is an issue with your order please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to fix it. 

Please note that we do not offer refund, exchange or credit for fabric and trimmings cut specially for you unless you find a manufacturing flaw that we missed. 

You may exchange other unwanted items provided they are unused and in the same condition as purchased. Original packaging must be intact and suitable for re-sale. A full refund will only be processed if the item is found to be faulty or damaged when it reaches you. 

The customer is responsible for returning goods to us within 14 days, and should expect to incur additional postage fees for returns and exchanges.
